Rolling Mill Hill Urban Wrap Residential Project named Nance PlaceLandscape architectural service for a multi-family three story development in downtown Nashville river bluff redevelopment area of Rolling Mill Hill. The inner courtyard features rain water harvesting. Storm water is captured in planting toughs and filtered before connecting to the conventional storm water system. Additional Low Impact Development features are porous concrete, gravel mulch beds, and native plants. The building will be Gold level LEEDS certified.
